We manufacture welded steel meshes in one of our numerous plants, which are widely used in construction industry.

Wires are perpendicular arrangements of longitudinal and transverse wires of the same grade connected at their crossing areas with projection resistance welding using automatic multi-point welders.

Structure of individual welded mesh is characterized by the following parameters: length and width of meshes, number and diameters of longitudinal and transverse bars, as well as spam and overhangs of longitudinal and transverse bars.

Steel manufactured in CMC Poland sp. z o.o Zawiercie is delivered for processing in one of our plants where in manufacturing process it becomes welded mesh.

Modern welded mesh production line allows us to manufacture individual mesh maintaining high efficiency. Solutions which are new on the market allow us to execute tasks which until now could not be possible or were very expensive.

Individual meshes can be manufactured of the following steel grades: B500SP and B500A, based on the below boundary conditions.

Wires diamaters fi 8; 10; 12 mm. Steel grade: B500SP

Wires diamaters fi 5; 6; 7; 8; 10; 12 mm. Steel grade: B500A

Minimum mesh dimensions; width: 500 mm, length: 1000 mm

Maximum mesh dimensions; width: 2500 mm, length: 12000 mm

Transverse mesh, between longitudinal bars - 50 mm (mesh pitch every 50 mm)

Transverse mesh, between transverse bars - 50 mm (mesh pitch every 1 mm)

Minimum overhang - 25 mm

Maximum overhang - 1100 mm

Maximum number of longitudinal bars - 49 pcs

Biggest wire diameter: 12 mm

Smallest mesh for fi 12: 100 x 100 mm

Maximum weight of individual mesh sheet: 400 kg.

Number of transverse bars:

for fi 12 not more than: 121 pcs

for fi 5 to fi 10: 241 pcs

Nominal diameters of connected bars (crossing bars) should be selected considering the following conditions.

Designing the mesh

The company CMC Poland sp. z o.o. introduced to its Website the function of designing customized, special or non-standard welded mesh.

Mesh designer system enables designing standard and non-standard welded mesh. Using the system, you may easily design mesh in compliance with boundary conditions. Each project can be saved, you may return to it numerous times and download as a pdf file to print out together with the calculated weight and dimensions. You may edit and create new projects. The system is an ideal tool for everyone who needs welded mesh.

You must log in, to use the mesh designer. Register in our system if you do not have the account yet.

The application for mesh designing is available at the link: https://www.siatkizgrzewane.pl/zaprojektuj-siatke

Next, select the steel grade: B500A or B500SP.

Please note that for the steel grade B500SP, only diameters 8, 10, 12 are available, and for steel grade B500A, only diameters 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 are available.

After selecting the grade and diameter panel to enter diameters of mesh, meshes and overhangs will open.

After entering all parameters of mesh, drawing with initial design of the mesh will be generated, and all parameters of the mesh will be visible on the right side.

In next step you may edit mesh we designed using right button of the mouse. Placing the cursor on any bar of the mesh, you may remove it, move, shorten or extend.

This way, you may design mesh you wish to have.

The application can only design mesh that can be manufactured by the company CMC Poland sp. z o.o.. It means that if any parameter is not approved by the application, we are not able to manufacture such mesh, or it is not permitted by the standard or not possible due to mesh structure (e.g. total number of meshes and overhangs must fit in the width and length of the mesh).

Next, using the application, you may printout the mesh or save it in your account to return to it later and edit it or continue designing.

To create the account and use the application, register entering e-mail address and confirm the registration after receiving confirmation e-mail.

When you decide that the mesh project is completed and you wish to order it, please send the generated PDF file to the following e-mail: siatki@cmc.com
